We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, account credentials, workspace details, brands, domains, competitors, prompts, and team information.

When you use the service, we also collect product activity, device and browser information, IP address, diagnostic logs, and the AI answers, citations, and website signals needed to produce your reports. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Shareof.ai.

We use information to operate accounts, run scans, produce reports, classify findings, improve reliability, prevent abuse, process subscriptions, send service emails, and respond to support requests.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your private workspace data to advertise to you.

We share only the information needed for vendors to provide infrastructure, authentication, payments, email, analytics, data collection, and AI processing. These providers may include Railway, Stripe, Resend, DataForSEO, and model providers used to analyze AI-answer context. They process information under their own security and privacy obligations.

To measure brand visibility, ShareOfAI may send prompts, brand or domain identifiers, and relevant answer context to third-party AI and search-data providers. Reports may contain public web content and model-generated material. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information as a monitoring prompt.

When you connect ShareOfAI to Claude through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), Claude can request only the ShareOfAI information exposed by the connector and available to your signed-in account. This may include project names and domains, AI visibility and share-of-voice measurements, observed model answers, competitor performance, buyer prompts, cited sources, citation gaps, and evidence-backed recommended actions.

Anthropic receives the connector responses required to answer your request and processes them under Anthropic’s own terms and privacy practices. ShareOfAI does not receive your general Claude conversations, files, or prompts that do not result in a request to the ShareOfAI connector.

The connector is read-only. It cannot change projects, run paid scans, send citation or backlink outreach, publish AI-written articles, make purchases, or start managed growth services. Those actions remain controlled inside ShareOfAI.

The connector uses OAuth authorization code flow with PKCE. ShareOfAI never gives Claude your ShareOfAI password. Authorization codes and refresh tokens are stored as one-way hashes, and access tokens are signed, short-lived, and restricted to the ShareOfAI MCP endpoint and the read-only scope you approved.

To operate and protect the connector, we may record the connected ShareOfAI account, OAuth client, connection and tool-use timestamps, requested ShareOfAI tool, technical status, and diagnostic information. We use this information for security, abuse prevention, reliability, aggregate product measurement, and support—not to build advertising profiles.

You can disconnect ShareOfAI in Claude’s connector settings at any time. Access tokens expire after one hour, and refresh tokens expire after 30 days. Disconnecting stops Claude from making future connector requests, although security and operational records may be retained as described elsewhere in this policy.

We use necessary cookies for sign-in, security, preferences, and billing flows. We may use privacy-focused, cookie-less analytics to understand aggregate product and website use.

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may update your profile, manage emails, or request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Shareof.ai and its providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
