Agreement
By creating an account or using Shareof.ai, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
The service
Shareof.ai monitors how brands, competitors, domains, and sources appear in AI-generated answers and related web signals. Features, limits, providers, and availability may change as the underlying platforms evolve.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity in your account and for managing access granted to workspace members.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, evade access controls, distribute malware, disrupt the service, harvest sensitive personal information, or attempt to reverse engineer or resell the platform without permission.
You must have a lawful basis for any personal information or content you submit.
Plans and payment
Paid plans renew at the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Fees are charged through Stripe and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. We may suspend paid features after a failed payment. You can cancel before the next renewal from your billing settings.
Your content
You keep ownership of information you submit. You grant Shareof.ai a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that information only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content.
Our materials
Shareof.ai, its software, design, branding, reports, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
AI and third-party information
AI answers, sentiment labels, citations, recommendations, authority metrics, and other findings may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. They are evidence for business decisions, not a guarantee of search placement, revenue, or model behavior. You should verify important findings independently.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, modify, limit, or discontinue features and may use reasonable rate limits to protect the service.
Confidentiality
We will use reasonable care to protect non-public workspace information. This does not cover information that is public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Shareof.ai disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Shareof.ai in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, or harm to the service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes and contact
